– Other types: There is a view that when processing tomatoes, the seeds need to be removed as they are prone to osteoarthritis. The reality is not. Eating tomatoes is very beneficial as it can relieve joint pain. Not only are tomato seeds harmless, they also replace aspirin, which has analgesic and anti-arthritic properties.

With regard to drinks, a study by Swedish scientists has shown that moderate drinking of wine can reduce the risk of developing chronic arthritis in half.
